it's been written, read, rewritten, reread, corrections made, read.... you get the idea. it's a PDF e-mailable pattern for a keepsake quilt made from a child's outgrown clothes. the original quilt was made by me and my sister-in-law jess for our niece audrey who recently celebrated her 8 birthday and baptism.
as a mother, i know how fast children grow. before you realize, those cute clothes you bought are outgrown and there are bins and bins of outgrown clothes and nowhere to store them. this is my way of "remembering when" and giving the clothes a new use...
to warm and comfort a child.
