skirt

i've never made clothing before and thought a skirt for my daughter would be perfect for my first attempt. i found the tutorial here, i switched it up a bit by adding 6" strips instead of a full piece of one fabric but i think it turned out GREAT! most of the fabric is from the PRETTY PLEASE line by Jennifer Paganelli, which i LOVE, with a few random pieces thrown in.

she was having so much fun spinning, she got going to fast and fell over :  )

that's my girl!

if you are thinking of making a skirt, this one's a good one to start with!! OH, check out the house on hill road  blog for more FREE tutorials and FUN idea's!

thanks!
