there's nothing like rolling out of bed and heading
straight to the sewing machine with your mom.
my mom is an amazing seamstress. she bought her first Bernina
when she was 16 and has been sewing clothes and quilts
ever since. it was nice to have her there on my first
attempt at clothing. she showed me some great tips and
we had some good laughs!

So true! There is truly nothing like sewing in your pj's! I think it is so sweet that you and your mom sew together and she can enjoys it and teaches you...that is a huge blessing. I only hope it will be like that for me and my girls when they grow up. :)
